Wood product warehouse repositions its business and increases profits by distributing China Link wood flooring.
  
  Background

The client is a family owned wood product warehouse in Northern Spain. It carried a few hundred products in its inventory and mostly catered to local carpenters. Its business was undifferentiated in a mature sector. Profits were thin.

Changing the client's business model to become a specialized wood flooring supplier to the booming construction sector.
  
  Solution

China Link invited the client to China for 10 days. During that time, we reviewed our cooperation model, including products, prices, distribution and quality control system. We built trust and team spirit.

The client gained full confidence in the project and decided to re-engineer its business.

  
  Benefits

The client is now a key Spanish importer and distributor of China Link flooring. He mostly caters to the booming building project market in its Spanish region and a neighbouring European country. Profit margins and volumes have increased significantly.
